This device has been designed for indoor application containing marine microalgae (<em>Nannochloropsis<\/em> sp.) that will consume CO<sub>2<\/sub> gas (from ambient air) and releasing oxygen to its surrounding like a tree. You will understand how this project will reduce the CO<sub>2<\/sub> level in a small office room using their innovative device named Artificial Tree (Art3).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cKitchen Waste for Greener Earth\u201d <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>By Dr Alina Wagiran<\/p>\n<p>21 Sept 2019 (3.45 pm \u2013 4.15pm)<\/p>\n<p>Dr Alina will explain types of kitchen waste to be recycled as main ingredient of composting. The sharing may help reborn of organic compost to be used as best supplement for greener earth through healthy plant consumed. Awareness on disposal and management of domestic and landscape waste will also be highlighted. In addition, the visibility of organic pellet compost will be discussed further and techniques of making organic pellet compost will be taught by demonstration.
