His talk on “Nutrigenomics and Microbiome Research in Southeast Asian Honey” highlighted the use of metabarcoding to authenticate honey and explore its therapeutic potential. Over 300 participants from Southeast Asia, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea joined the hybrid event.<\/div>\n
