General Guidelines

Presenting participants are required to follow these instructions:

• Submit your Abstract electronically via the online conference paper management system “EasyChair”.
• Template for abstract can be found in Template & Submission page.
• After you receive notification of abstract acceptance, kindly register and pay the fees following the instructions posted in Registration page and Fees and Payment page on our website.
• You may submit your Full Paper electronically as posted in Submission page.
• Full papers will be reviewed and considered for publication in the indexed and non-indexed and publications.

Preparing posters:

• The poster should be A1 size.
• The layout is portrait.
• The words on the poster should not be too small.
• Each poster should include a title, the name of the student, supervisor and the name of the institution

The following items need to be submitted during the registration by 1st August 2024:

• 2-3 pages slides
• Abstract

Poster Awards to Students:
The Best and Excellent Poster Awards will be given to the students who gave high quality poster presentations.
