a) Assist the Lab Manager in planning and executing the procurement, use, and disposal of gas cylinders at the PTJ<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

b) Prepare procurement plans based on PTJ applications and requirements<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

c) Review gas cylinder procurement applications and submit the required inventory<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

d) Verify that gas cylinder receipts are accurate in terms of type and quantity as approved<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

e) Review and verify receiving documents such as claim forms, Delivery Orders (DO), and invoices<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

a) Maintain and update inventory records and gas cylinder registers in every lab and PTJ gas house<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

b) Monitor and control gas cylinder stock to ensure adequacy, safety, and controlled usage<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

a) Ensure gas cylinders are stored in correct and approved locations<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

b) Ensure all gas cylinders are clearly labeled and in good condition<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

c) Ensure gas cylinder storage areas and racks are organized, tidy, and clean<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

d) Ensure Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are displayed and easily accessible in every lab or gas house<\/span><\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
