On September 5th, 2024, Galgotias University, in collaboration with Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), successfully hosted a one-day workshop titled “Multidisciplinary Approach Towards Research for Sustainable Solutions to Global Challenges.” The workshop, organized by the School of Basic Sciences, attracted participants from various academic and research backgrounds, focusing on sustainable solutions to global issues.

The workshop provided an engaging platform where participants explored cross-disciplinary research methods to address critical sustainability challenges. The event was coordinated by Prof. (Dr.) Sunita Sharma and aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on Quality Education (SDG 4), Sustainable Cities and Communities (SDG 11), and Climate Action (SDG 13).

The event concluded successfully, with attendees receiving E-certificates for their participation. The workshop sparked discussions on the latest innovations in sustainable research, leaving a lasting impact on the participants and strengthening international collaboration between Galgotias University and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
