Johor Bahru, 17 March 2025 – The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), successfully organized a Tutorial Session on the Top Research Scientist Malaysia (TRSM) 2025 Application to assist researchers in preparing strong applications for the prestigious recognition.
The session, held at the Ibnu Sina Institute’s Meeting Room N31, aimed to provide comprehensive guidance on the TRSM application process, including selection criteria, documentation requirements, and best practices for submission. The TRSM program, which recognizes outstanding Malaysian researchers, serves as an important platform for academics to gain national acknowledgment for their contributions to science and innovation.
Several esteemed researchers participated in the session, including Dr. Naji Mahat, Dr. Siti Salwa, Dr. Faizuan Abdullah, and representatives of Dr. Rosnani Hashim. Their involvement underscored the faculty’s commitment to encouraging more researchers to apply for TRSM and enhancing the university’s research profile at the national level.
