The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), proudly congratulates Dr. Taufiq Khairi Ahmad Khairuddin and Dr. Suzarina Ahmed Sukri on receiving the Silver Medal at the Johor International Innovation, Invention Competition and Symposium (JIIIS) 2025.
Their collaborative project, titled “Spheroidal First Order Polarization Tensor (SFOPT) – Fixed Volume,” offers an advanced mathematical approach in the field of applied mathematics and electromagnetic theory. The work explores the properties and applications of polarization tensors under fixed volume constraints, contributing to enhanced theoretical understanding and potential future applications in physics and engineering.
This recognition highlights the strength of interdisciplinary collaboration within the Faculty of Science, especially in producing high-quality, impactful research at the national and international levels.
