JOHOR BAHRU, 8 October 2025 – Congratulations to Ir. Ts. Dr. Wan Rosmiza Zana Wan Dagang from the Department of Biosciences, Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) for being awarded the Silver Medal at the New Academia Learning Innovation (NALI) 2025 event.
Dr. Wan Rosmiza received the award for her innovative project titled “AiEdu: AI-Driven Predictive Model for Evaluating Educational Outcomes in Bioprocess Plant Design Competition.” This forward-thinking project introduces an AI-based approach to assess student learning outcomes in complex bioprocess simulations—merging educational technology with the real-world challenges of bioscience education.
