The Malaysian Journal of Industrial and Applied Mathematics (MATEMATIKA) has officially published its latest issue, Volume 41 (December 2025), on 15 November 2025, marking another significant milestone in advancing research in industrial and applied mathematics.

This issue features seven peer-reviewed research articles covering a wide spectrum of contemporary and impactful topics, including machine learning approaches for flash flood forecasting, wavelet-ARIMA modelling for drought prediction, mortality improvement modelling in Malaysia, graph theory applications in DNA analysis, mathematical modelling of DNA damage and repair mechanisms, heavy metal migration in soil systems, and bifurcation analysis of modified SIR-based COVID-19 models.
