JOHOR BAHRU, 10 Feb 2026 – The Applied Algebra and Analysis Group (AAAG), Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), successfully organized the AAAG International Algebra Seminar 2026 (AIAS 2026), bringing together researchers, academicians, and postgraduate students from Malaysia and Indonesia in an effort to strengthen regional academic collaboration in the mathematical sciences.

The seminar served as an important platform for the exchange of ideas, research findings, and academic experiences in various areas of algebra, analysis, and related mathematical disciplines. AIAS 2026 also encouraged meaningful discussions and networking opportunities among early-career researchers, postgraduate students, and experienced scholars from participating institutions.
