The Faculty of Science at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) is proud to announce that a team comprising Nor Ain Husein, Nor Akmal Fadil, Mohd Haziq Dzulkifli, Nur Hafizah Abd Khalid, and Syaza Soraya Sauli has won the prestigious Silver Award at the NALI 2024 Exhibition & Competition. Their award-winning project, “Harnessing Cross-Disciplinary Coaching: A Winning Formula for UTM in the Material Lecture Science Competition,” was recognized for its innovative approach to integrating knowledge across disciplines to enhance teaching and learning in materials science.

The project leverages a cross-disciplinary coaching model, bringing together diverse fields to create a richer, more holistic learning experience for students. This approach not only deepens their understanding of materials science but also promotes critical thinking and collaboration skills, preparing students for the complexities of the real world.
