Johor Bahru, January 2025 – The Faculty of Science at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) proudly congratulates Dr. Nurhafizah Hasim from the Department of Physics for her outstanding achievement in winning a Silver Medal at the Semarak International Research Article Competition 2024 III (SIRAC 2024 III).
Dr. Nurhafizah, alongside her dedicated team members Dr. Mohd Fuad Mohamad (Department of Chemistry), Dr. Norshirah Mohamad Saidi, and Dr. Nur Hidayah Ahmad (both from the Department of Physics), was recognized for their impactful research article titled:
“Structural and Mechanical Properties of Zinc-Strontium-Lithium Phosphate Glass Doped with Carboxymethyl Cellulose.”
This innovative research highlights the potential applications of advanced materials in various industries, focusing on their structural and mechanical properties. The findings provide valuable insights into developing sustainable materials that can benefit both science and technology.
