This prestigious scholarship is offered by the Malaysian Government to outstanding international students from selected countries to pursue full-time postgraduate studies (Master’s and PhD) at selected Malaysian public and private universities.
📌 WHO CAN APPLY?
✔️ Citizens of MIS 2025 recipient countries (including ASEAN, Commonwealth, and many others)
✔️ Applicants intending to pursue full-time Master’s or PhD studies in Malaysia
✔️ Current postgraduate students in Malaysian universities with at least two semesters remaining

✅ ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Master’s applicants: Under 40 years old; Bachelor’s CGPA ≥ 3.0 or 2nd Class Upper

PhD applicants: Under 45 years old; Master’s CGPA ≥ 3.0

Proficient in English (IELTS ≥ 6.0, TOEFL ≥ 550 or prior education in English)

Submission of 1,000-word research proposal (for Master’s by Research/PhD)
