Follow the five key stages below for a successful application.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>1. Preparation<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the project value is <strong>more than RM10,000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Project\u00a0Leader<\/strong> should prepare the proposal and attach the following documents:\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Project approval letter<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Project committee appointment letter<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Any other <strong>relevant supporting documents<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>Use the <a href=\"http:\/\/science.utm.my\/utmfsresearch\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/642\/2024\/12\/Consultation-Project-Proposal-Template.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Project Proposal Template<\/strong> <\/a>provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>2. Application<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Email the proposal and all supporting documents to <strong><a rel=\"noopener\"><span>tdpip<\/span><span>.fs<\/span><span>@utm<\/span><span>.my<\/span><\/a><\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>TDPIP<\/strong> office will review the proposal.<\/li>\n<li>Upon review, the complete application will be forwarded to <strong>UTSB<\/strong> for processing (by TDPIP).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>3. Registration<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>TDPIP<\/strong> will send a project registration application letter to UTSB.<\/li>\n<li>Once the project is registered, the <strong>Project\u00a0Leader<\/strong> can request UTSB to prepare an invoice through TDPIP.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Deductions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ST:<\/strong> 6%<\/li>\n<li><strong>UTSB:<\/strong> 10%<\/li>\n<li><strong>Faculty:<\/strong> 5%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>4. Execution<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Payment will be made by the <strong>Company\/Agency<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>The project will commence and proceed as planned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h4><strong>5. Report<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare a <strong>Technical Report<\/strong> once the project is completed.<\/li>\n<li>Submit the report in the <strong>RADIS system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Email the Technical Report<\/strong> to the Company\/Agency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>This process ensures a structured approach to project applications and management under <strong>UTSB-FS-TDPIP<\/strong>.
