The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)<\/strong>, through the Department of Biosciences<\/strong>, hosted a compelling Leadership Talk<\/strong> as part of the Science Industrial & Innovation Showcase (SIIFS 2024)<\/strong>. Held on Wednesday, December 11, 2024<\/strong>, at the Auditorium Al-Razi, T02<\/strong>, this session titled \u201cLeading with Impact: Communication, Teamwork, and Project Management Skills\u201d<\/strong> aimed to empower attendees with essential leadership skills.<\/p>\n The event featured an insightful talk by En. Mohd Gadaffie bin Abd Aziz<\/strong>, the Director of Institut Dato’ Onn (IDO)<\/strong>. With a Bachelor of Commerce and Management from Lincoln University, New Zealand<\/strong>, En. Gadaffie brings a wealth of administrative experience to his current role. His career highlights include serving as the Director of Majlis Sukan Negeri Johor (Johor State Sports Council)<\/strong>, where he significantly advanced sports development and talent cultivation across the state.<\/p>\n In his current role at IDO<\/strong>, En. Gadaffie has spearheaded several initiatives, including the Onn Leadership Accelerator<\/strong>, aimed at preparing young leaders to tackle 21st-century challenges.
