ChM. Dr. Faizuan Bin Abdullah<\/strong> from the <strong data-start=\"345\" data-end=\"392\">Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Science<\/strong>, successfully secures <strong data-start=\"415\" data-end=\"427\">RM80,000<\/strong> in funding from the <strong data-start=\"448\" data-end=\"488\">Technology Implementation Fund (TIF)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"491\" data-end=\"843\">The awarded project, titled <strong data-start=\"519\" data-end=\"593\">&#8220;A Coupled Sensors System for Used Cooking Oil Quality Identification&#8221;<\/strong>, aims to <strong data-start=\"603\" data-end=\"640\">develop an advanced sensor system<\/strong> that can efficiently <strong data-start=\"662\" data-end=\"705\">analyze the quality of used cooking oil<\/strong>. This technology is crucial in ensuring <strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"780\">food safety and sustainability<\/strong>, particularly in the food industry and household applications.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"899\"><strong data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"899\">Enhancing Food Safety and Sustainable Practices<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"900\" data-end=\"1059\">The <strong data-start=\"904\" data-end=\"930\">coupled sensors system<\/strong> will provide a <strong data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"999\">rapid and accurate assessment of used cooking oil<\/strong> to determine its usability.
