Bangi, 21 May 2025<\/strong> \u2013 Congratulations to Dr. Nik Ahmad Nizam Nik Malek<\/strong>, along with team members Muhammad Hariz Asraf<\/strong> and Imran Qashfi Ismail<\/strong>, for winning the Silver Award<\/strong> at the Hari Penyelidikan & Inovasi (HAPI) 2025<\/em>, organized by the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM).<\/p>\n

Their innovative project, titled “Colloidal Persicaria odorata<\/em>-Silver Nanoparticles as Antibacterial Spray and Cream”<\/strong>, impressed the judges with its potential for practical applications in healthcare and environmental hygiene. The work reflects a successful integration of green synthesis approaches and nanotechnology for sustainable antibacterial solutions.<\/p>\n

Held at Dewan Tun Abdullah Mohd. Salleh (DTAMS), UKM<\/strong>, the HAPI 2025 event celebrated FST\u2019s 25 Years of Research Excellence<\/em>, bringing together researchers from across disciplines to showcase their cutting-edge work.<\/p>\n
