Malang, Indonesia<\/strong>, September 18-19, 2024 \u2013 It is proud to take part in the 7th International Conference in Life Sciences and Technology (ICoLiST)<\/strong>, held at the Ijen Suite Hotel, Malang, Indonesia. The conference gathered experts and scholars from around the world to discuss the latest innovations and research in life sciences. Under the theme “Acceleration of Global Life Sciences Innovation and Technology to Support Sustainable Development,”<\/strong> the event covered topics such as biology, chemistry, physics, material science, and biotechnology.<\/p>\n Keynote speakers from prestigious institutions headlined the event, including Assoc. Prof. Dr. Darlina Binti Md Naim<\/strong> from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Li-Yuang Kuo, Ph.D.<\/strong> from National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan, and Dr. Rosnani Hasham<\/strong> from UTM. The conference also hosted invited speakers who provided insights into their cutting-edge research.<\/p>\n One of the invited speakers was Assoc. Prof. Ts. ChM. Dr. Nik Ahmad Nizam<\/strong>, Director of the Centre for Sustainable Nanomaterials (CSNano) and Deputy Dean (Research, Development and Innovation), Faculty of Science, UTM. He presented his research on “Green Synthesis of Silver Nanoparticles Using Moringa oleifera Leaf Extract and Its Antifungal Activity.”<\/strong> Dr. Nik Ahmad Nizam\u2019s presentation focused on the sustainable and eco-friendly synthesis of silver nanoparticles with significant antimicrobial properties. His work highlighted the potential applications of these nanoparticles in life sciences and their role in addressing environmental concerns.<\/p>\n The event offered a platform for participants to share knowledge and foster collaborations aimed at promoting sustainable development through scientific advancements.
