Johor Bahru, 23 July 2025<\/em> \u2013 The Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) Library hosted another exciting episode of its Knowledge Sharing Series<\/em>, featuring a unique product innovation entitled \u201cHi-Red Roselle: From Lab Bench to Lifestyle.\u201d<\/strong> This engaging session spotlighted the journey of a science-backed roselle-based spread developed by researchers from the Faculty of Science, UTM.<\/p>\n The featured panelist, Ts. Dr. Siti Pauliena Binti Mohd Bohari<\/strong>, a Senior Lecturer at the Faculty of Science, UTM, shared insights on the development process of the Hi-Red Roselle spread\u2014from initial lab research to its transformation into a lifestyle product.
