The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), proudly congratulates Dr. Yap Yung Szen<\/strong> from the Department of Physics<\/strong> on his appointment as Specially Appointed Associate Professor<\/strong> at the Centre for Quantum Information and Quantum Biology<\/strong>, University of Osaka, Japan<\/strong>.<\/p>\n This prestigious international appointment, which runs from 1 September to 30 September 2025<\/strong>, reflects Dr. Yap\u2019s outstanding contributions to the field of quantum physics<\/strong>, particularly in advancing cutting-edge research in quantum information and quantum biology<\/strong>.<\/p>\n As one of Malaysia\u2019s leading physicists in quantum science, Dr. Yap\u2019s appointment highlights the growing global recognition of UTM\u2019s research excellence and commitment to international collaboration.
