The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), is proud to congratulate Dr. Taufiq Khairi Ahmad Khairuddin<\/strong> for receiving the Gold Medal<\/strong> at the Johor International Innovation, Invention Competition and Symposium (JIIIS) 2025<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dr. Taufiq\u2019s award-winning project, titled \u201cTetraCal: Visualization, Surface Area and Volume of a Tetrahedron,\u201d<\/em> introduces a powerful and intuitive application that enables users to explore geometric properties of tetrahedrons. Through TetraCal, users can visualize the 3D structure and obtain accurate calculations of surface area and volume\u2014enhancing both mathematical understanding and user engagement.<\/p>\n

This innovation is a testament to Dr. Taufiq\u2019s dedication to transforming complex mathematical concepts into interactive, educational tools. It also reflects the Faculty of Science\u2019s ongoing support for creative solutions that bridge theoretical knowledge and practical applications.<\/p>\n
