Through its interactive interface, users can input functions, intervals, and step sizes, while the embedded AI verifies answers, calculates error values, and visualizes results in tables and graphs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1811\">This approach not only simplifies complex computations but also transforms the learning process into an engaging, visual, and reflective experience. \u201cStudents can now see how their methods converge to the actual solution while identifying the accuracy of each technique,\u201d said Dr. Rashid.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1813\" data-end=\"1864\"><strong data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"1864\">Bridging Theory and Real-World Applications<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1865\" data-end=\"2168\">Beyond classroom exercises, the AI-driven tool demonstrates strong potential for <strong data-start=\"1946\" data-end=\"1979\">real engineering applications<\/strong>, such as <strong data-start=\"1989\" data-end=\"2064\">structural load analysis, fluid flow estimation, and energy computation<\/strong>. This bridges the gap between abstract mathematical formulas and practical problem-solving scenarios.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2170\" data-end=\"2512\">Through <strong data-start=\"2178\" data-end=\"2210\">Problem-Based Learning (PBL)<\/strong>, students are challenged to identify real-world problems, design their own GUIs, and embed AI modules to test and analyze results. Meanwhile, <strong data-start=\"2353\" data-end=\"2370\">Peer Teaching<\/strong> promotes collaboration as students guide one another through the integration processes, reinforcing understanding and communication skills.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"2514\" data-end=\"2571\"><strong data-start=\"2518\" data-end=\"2571\">A New Pedagogical Framework for Numerical Methods<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2572\" data-end=\"2872\">The learning framework was implemented in the <strong data-start=\"2618\" data-end=\"2650\">Numerical Methods (SSCE2793)<\/strong> course, where students participated in a structured four-stage process \u2014 <strong data-start=\"2724\" data-end=\"2789\">Research\/Innovation, Implementation, Evaluation, and Training<\/strong>. Each stage emphasizes creativity, critical thinking, and continuous reflection.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2874\" data-end=\"3104\">This innovative approach aligns with <strong data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"2960\">UTM\u2019s New Academia Learning Innovation (NALI)<\/strong> framework, showcasing how technology and pedagogy can merge to empower students as active creators of knowledge rather than passive learners.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"3106\" data-end=\"3140\"><strong data-start=\"3110\" data-end=\"3140\">Positive Learning Outcomes<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"3141\" data-end=\"3471\">Preliminary feedback from participating students indicated improved comprehension, stronger analytical skills, and higher motivation to engage in mathematics-based problem-solving.
