JOHOR BAHRU, 22 November 2025<\/em> \u2014 The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), proudly congratulates Ts. Dr. Fariza Hanim Suhailin from the Department of Physics for successfully securing Prototype Development Fund 1<\/strong> amounting to RM30,000<\/strong> under the ICCubeX Incubation Programme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Her project, titled \u201cGreen, Natural and Biodegradable Microplastics Extractor,\u201d<\/strong> focuses on developing an innovative, sustainable solution to address the growing global challenge of microplastic pollution. By integrating green materials and biodegradable components, the prototype aims to offer an environmentally responsible method for microplastics extraction\u2014supporting both ecological conservation and technological advancement.<\/p>\n This achievement reflects the Faculty of Science\u2019s continuous commitment to driving impactful research and nurturing innovators who contribute to national and global sustainability efforts.<\/p>\n The Faculty\u2019s Management Team and staff extend their warmest congratulations to Ts.
