Kuala Lumpur, 2 Jul 2024<\/strong> \u2013 Dr. Siti Salwa Alias<\/strong>, from the Department of Physics<\/strong> at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)<\/strong>, has been awarded the prestigious Gold Award<\/strong> in the Category C: Innovation in Teaching and Learning<\/strong> at the International Teaching Enhancement and Learning Innovation Carnival 2024 (ITeLiC ’24)<\/strong>. Her award-winning project, titled “Crystal Voyage: Empowering TVET Program via Project-Based Learning,”<\/strong> stood out for its innovative approach to enhancing technical and vocational education through active and project-based learning methods.<\/p>\n This groundbreaking project, “Crystal Voyage,” aims to strengthen TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training)<\/strong> programs by engaging students in real-world, hands-on learning experiences, thus equipping them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in the industry.
