The <\/span>Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)<\/span><\/strong> is pleased to invite academics and researchers to participate in <\/span>Research Month @FS 2026 \u2013 Sharing Session Series 2: Intellectual Property \u2013 Patent & Copyright Workshop<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n

This session is designed to strengthen participants\u2019 understanding of <\/span>intellectual property protection<\/span><\/strong>, with particular emphasis on <\/span>patents and copyrights<\/span><\/strong>. It will provide useful guidance for researchers who are developing innovations, research outputs, educational materials, software, modules or other intellectual contributions that may require appropriate protection.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Whether you are conducting research, developing innovations, preparing research-based products or seeking a better understanding of how to protect and manage your intellectual contributions, this workshop offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable knowledge and exchange ideas with fellow researchers.<\/span><\/p>\n
