JOHOR BAHRU, 2 October 2026<\/span><\/strong> \u2013 The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), congratulates <\/span>Assoc. Prof. ChM. Dr. Aemi Syazwani Abdul Keyon<\/span><\/strong> on her appointment under the <\/span>Adjunct Professor Programme at Universitas Brawijaya, Indonesia<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n The programme, which runs from <\/span>August to November 2026<\/span><\/strong>, strengthens international academic and research collaboration between <\/span>Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM)<\/span><\/strong> and <\/span>Universitas Brawijaya (UB)<\/span><\/strong>, particularly in the field of analytical chemistry.<\/span><\/p>\n Under the programme, Assoc. Prof. ChM. Dr. Aemi Syazwani collaborates with <\/span>Prof. Dr. Hermin Sulistyarti<\/span><\/strong> of Universitas Brawijaya through a research collaboration entitled <\/span>\u201cInternational Academic Collaboration in Analytical Chemistry: Integrating Research, Teaching, and Scientific Networking.\u201d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n The collaboration integrates three important dimensions of international academic engagement: <\/span>joint research, teaching and scientific networking<\/span><\/strong>. Through these activities, the programme provides opportunities for knowledge exchange, sharing of expertise and the development of stronger research connections between academics and students from both institutions.<\/span><\/p>\n The initiative is also expected to strengthen future opportunities for collaborative research, joint publications, academic mobility and other international activities in analytical and environmental chemistry.<\/span><\/p>\n This appointment reflects the growing international recognition of Faculty of Science researchers and supports UTM\u2019s commitment to expanding strategic global partnerships and research visibility in line with the aspirations of <\/span>UTM ASCEND 2030<\/span><\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n The Faculty of Science congratulates Assoc.
