Johor Bahru, 30 April 2024<\/strong> \u2013 The Faculty of Science (FS) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) successfully conducted a Publication Workshop titled Tips & Tricks for Research Publication<\/em> as part of its Research Year 2024 initiative. Organized by the Department of Chemistry, the event drew 23 participants, including faculty members and students. The workshop, led by Associate Professor Dr. See Hong Heng and Associate Professor Dr. Lee Siew Ling, provided essential guidance on research writing, editing, and the publication process.<\/p>\n The program focused on improving the quality of manuscripts and navigating the complexities of publishing, with participants engaging in hands-on sessions and receiving personalized consultations on their articles. The event’s agenda included talks by the two professors, followed by a practical session for manuscript discussions and improvement.<\/p>\n The workshop had a significant impact, offering valuable advice on structuring research for publication, with an expected outcome of five research publications by the end of 2024.
