Breast Health Awareness talk
A Breast Cancer Awareness Talk and Screening Programme was conducted at SMK Taman Universiti to educate students and staff on the importance of early detection and breast health. The session covered basic knowledge of breast cancer, risk factors, warning signs, and preventive measures, followed by a demonstration on proper breast self-examination techniques. A screening session was also provided to encourage early detection and promote proactive health practices among participants.
Students Engage in Breast Cancer Explorace
School students enthusiastically participated in game-based activities during the breast cancer Explorace, combining fun with learning. Through interactive challenges and team-based tasks, students gained awareness of breast health, early detection, and healthy lifestyle practices in an engaging and memorable way.
Pink Day: United for Breast Cancer Awareness
All staff and students from the Department of Biosciences came together to celebrate Pink Day by wearing pink in support of breast cancer awareness. This initiative aimed to promote solidarity, raise awareness on the importance of early detection, and encourage a supportive community in the fight against breast cancer.
Pinktober Explorace Module Now Available
The Pinktober Explorace module is now available as an interactive and engaging tool to promote breast cancer awareness. Designed with fun, team-based activities, the module helps participants learn about breast health, early detection, and preventive practices in an enjoyable and impactful way.
