The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), proudly congratulates Dr. Mira Panadi and her team from the Department of Biosciences for winning the Silver Medal at the New Academia Learning Innovation (NALI 2025).

Their award-winning project, titled “The 3C Framework for Ethical Reasoning: A Case-Based Learning Module for Bioethics in Research and Development,” introduces a novel educational module that equips students and researchers with the tools to navigate ethical challenges in scientific research. The 3C Framework—Context, Consequence, and Choice—provides a structured and reflective approach to bioethics through case-based, learner-centered strategies.
