Recycling
We realised, as education establishment, we actually produced a lot of wastes! Much of it end up in the landfill. This is certainly not good for the environment. Recycling is one way to reduce the amount of wastes from ending up in the landfill. We went out to set up recycling stores for in locations that serve both cluster Cs and cluster Ts building.
After much looking, we finally secured room C10-217 for cluster C’s recycling store. It was a neglected room, but after much elbow grease and hard work, the team managed to spruce the space up. Together with block T02’s recycling store, Faculty of Science diverted 10kg of recyclable items in the form of papers, corrugated boxes, books, and plastic bottles from the landfill.
