JOHOR BAHRU, 4 August 2026 – The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), officially launched Research Month @FS 2026 through a virtual opening ceremony officiated by the Dean of the Faculty of Science, Prof. Dr. Shafinaz Shahir.
JOHOR BAHRU, 5 August 2026 – The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), organised Book Workshop Series 1: Book Chapter Writing Workshop – From Planning to Publication as part of Research Month @FS 2026. The full-day programme was conducted from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. and featured ChM. Pn. Rasyiqah Binti Abd Rani and Assoc. Prof. Ts. ChM. Dr. Nik Ahmad Nizam Bin Nik Malek as speakers.

JOHOR BAHRU, 19 August 2026 – The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), organised Sharing Session Series 2: Intellectual Property – Patent & Copyright Workshop in conjunction with Research Month@FS 2026, providing academics and researchers with practical guidance on protecting research outputs through appropriate intellectual property mechanisms.

JOHOR BAHRU, 25 September 2026 – The Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), officially concluded FS Research Month 2026 with a closing ceremony held at Auditorium Al-Razi, T02, Faculty of Science, marking the completion of almost two months of research capacity-building activities across the Faculty.
