We are pleased to host Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) for a benchmarking session of our Biotechnology Programme. The initiative, led by Dr. Nazira Mahmud, Head of Programme for the Bachelor of Applied Sciences in Industrial Biotechnology with Honours at UMPSA, signifies a recognition of our programme as a benchmark for academic excellence and innovation in the field.
 
The primary objective of this collaborative visit is to facilitate a comprehensive exchange of knowledge and best practices. The UMPSA delegation aims to gain insights into our programme’s curriculum framework, teaching and learning methodologies, facility management, industrial engagement strategies, and the outcomes of our graduates.
 
This collaboration highlights the importance of sharing best practices to ensure continuous improvement and relevance in biotechnology education. The discussions were highly productive, fostering a spirit of academic partnership that will benefit both institutions.
