We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our 2-day BIOCOM Bootcamp – a hands-on workshop designed to introduce postgraduate students to the exciting world of computational drug discovery.
Over the course of two days, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of computational analysis, including principles of molecular docking and ADMET. The workshop featured engaging hands-on sessions using AutoDock 4 and AutoDock Vina, where students performed both single and multi-ligand docking exercises. On the second day, participants were challenged with case studies that required applying the computational methods learned to solve real research problems.
Feedback from the participants highlighted that the workshop significantly enhanced their understanding of the theory behind molecular docking and provided them with a clear perspective on how to integrate computational tools into their own research.
A big thank you to all participants and trainers who made this a valuable and engaging learning experience!
