The Career and Alumni Fair, Faculty of Science 2023 (CAFFS 2023) was successfully conducted on June 8th, 2023. This event is part of the myroadmap program under the Faculty of Science. The chemistry department took the lead in organizing CAFFS this year, with participation from UTMCC, UTM Alumni, industry representatives, and alumni from each department. The morning session of the program took place at N24, involving the entire faculty, while the afternoon session was held in individual departments. For Department of Bioscience, this program was led by Dr. Wan Fatin Amira. A mock interview session was conducted, with the participation of 5 alumni representing the industry: Ms. Ching Xin Huey (Impact Volution Sdn Bhd), Mr. Muhammad Afiq bin Khir Anuar (Biocon Sdn Bhd), Mr. Fahmi bin Othman (PSV Laboratory Sdn Bhd), Ms. Fatin Natasha binti Yusof (Spectra Laboratory Sdn Bhd), and Ms. Nur Azreen binti Saidon (UTM Space). We extend our highest appreciation to the alumni involved, the 2nd-year students crew, and the Task Force comprising dedicated lecturers who worked tirelessly to ensure the success of this program.
