Transcriptomics Data Analysis for Beginners 2025

Alhamdulillah, we have successfully concluded the 2-day beginner-friendly workshop designed to introduce fundamental concepts and practical tools in transcriptomic data analysis — including RNA-Seq workflows, differential gene expression, Galaxy, Cytoscape, PPI analysis, and more.
Workshop Objectives:
To empower researchers and students with hands-on skills in analyzing RNA-seq data without requiring programming knowledge — making bioinformatics accessible and applicable for real-world research, especially in molecular biology and omics.
Around 20 participants from the Biosciences Department, Faculty of Science UTM joined with great enthusiasm and commitment to learning!
