The transformative aspiration of student development has been developed through the Malaysian Education Plan (Higher Education) PPPM (PT) 2015-2025 where through the first leap, student attributes should be built based on 3 values; holistic, entrepreneurial and balanced. In that aspect, holistic values ​​involve the nurturing of the three components of the ‘Intellectual-Emotional-Spiritual Quotient’ IQ, EQ and SQ. This means that educational excellence should involve nurturing the psyche and soft skills of the individual.

‘MyRoadmap @ Faculty’ program has offered uniqueness through the IQ-EQ-SQ synergy within the faculty. The module also emphasize on balancing between knowledge and soft skills and moral value. This is because the ultimate aspiration of student development is to produce professional talent laden with noble values ​​and humanity. In addition, entrepreneurial attributes can also be built through the program with the formation of a skill-based application module.

In addition, a special model of student development committee are formed at the faculty level to provide opportunities for implementation and monitoring of each activity more effectively. Thus, the advisory system can be further expanded, including involving aspects other than academics.
