Researcher Profile Assoc. Prof. ChM. Dr. Mohd Bakri Bakar

Assoc. Prof. ChM. Dr. Mohd Bakri Bakar received his PhD in chemistry from Dublin, Ireland. He is currently serving as an Assistant Dean at the Faculty of Science UTM. He is recognized as an Associate of ASM and serves as an exco member of the IKM Southern Branch. He is also a founding member of the ACS International Malaysia Chapter. With a wealth of experience in programming science strategic initiatives, he excels and has a proven track record of leading impactful national and international programs. Dr. Bakri’s research specialities include synthetic chemistry, organic chemistry, plasma-assisted chemical conversion, and porphyrin chemistry.
