The Faculty of Science, UTM visited BASF (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Pasir Gudang, Johor on 27 February 2025 to explore academic and research collaborations in the fields of chemical sciences, environmental microbiology, sustainability, and industrial innovation.
Led by the Deputy Dean (Research, Innovation and Development), Assoc. Prof. Ts. ChM. Dr. Nik Ahmad Nizam Nik Malek, the FS UTM delegation engaged in insightful discussions with the BASF team, headed by the Senior Manager, Site Management, PMA Compounding, Pasir Gudang Site, En. Norazwan Sanusi, to identify potential partnerships in research projects, student internships, academic curricula development, and knowledge exchange initiatives.
