Congratulations to ChM. Dr. Sheela Chandren (Department of Chemistry) for securing a KURITA Overseas Research Grant from Kurita Water and Environment Foundation (KWEF) with a total fund of JPY 400,000 entitled Photochromic Titania Thin Films for the Removal of Microplastics in Water. This grant will commence for a period of 12 months, starting from October 1, 2022 to September 30, 2023.
Hopefully, this will spark off more collaboration and research grants involving the researcher in our faculty.
