Congratulations to Dr. Juan Matmin (Department of Chemistry) and team for securing a Nippon Sheet Glass (NSG) Grant from Nippon Sheet Glass Foundation for Materials Science and Engineering (NSG Foundation) with a total fund of USD 3,500 entitled Effect of Silver Nanoparticles on Luminescence and Photothermal Properties of Tin Di/sulfide (SnS2-x) Nanosheet Films for Near-Infrared Imaging Application. This grant will commence for a period of 12 months, starting from the 1st of January 2023 till the 31st of December 2023.
Hopefully, this will spark off more collaboration and research grants involving the researcher in our faculty.
