Associate Professor Dr Madihah Md Salleh obtained her Ph.D. Biotechnology (Fermentation Technology) from Universiti Putra Malaysia in year 2002. At a department and faculty levels, she involved in Environmental Biotechnology research group (EnVBio) and committee members of several task force. She is also a mentor at the faculty’s SUNSHINE++ program for nurtures young academic staff in research excellence. She is currently appointed as an Executive Board Members in Asean Federation of Biotechnology (AFOB) which located at Songdo Korea and Deputy President of Asian Federation of Malaysia Chapter (AFOBMC). In year 2007 – date, MQA has appointed her as a MQA panel auditors for accreditation of Biotechnology programme. Her research involvement at national and international level in biorefinery technology and biotechnology, open collaboration opportunities with several companies, research institutes and universities. Her research encompasses sustainable organic agricultural, green biomaterial, biocompost, biofuel, enzymes, animal feed stock and also waste management.
