Researcher Profile Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Abd Rahman Bin Tamuri

Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Abd Rahman Bin Tamuri obtained his Ph.D. (Physics) at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Currently, he is an Associate Professor at Physics Department, Faculty of Science, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia and the Principal of Residential Colleges 9&10, Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Student Affairs’). He has taught undergraduate level such as Mechanics, Computer Programming, Computer Interfacing, Computational Physics, Mathematical Physics, and Solid-State Laser Engineering. He in the member of Advanced Optical Material Research Group (AOMRG) and the focus of research interest is nanomaterial for phosphor. He also actively conducts and facilitate the short course to student and publics. The short course that he has been facilitate are Short Course on Computer Interfacing Using ComInt, and Short Course on Basic Arduino.
