Dr. Adibah Yahya obtained her Ph.D. in the year of 2000, specialising in the area of Microbiology and Biochemistry of Environment at the University of Bangor, United Kingdom. She currently leads the Environmental Biotechnology research group also known as EnvBio. Being appointed as auditor for the Biotechnology program by Malaysia Accreditation Qualification Agency (MQA) since 2010, she contributes a lot in undergraduate and postgraduate program development and review in the Department of Bioscience, serving as an internal auditor and other quality management activities.
